Sushi Ari Japanese Restaurant

Went there with family and we enjoyed the service and food. I gave 4 stars for food due to 1 fried item having a strong fish smell, but the server was nice and noticed that we didn't eat, so they gave us a discount for it without asking, which was very nice of them. We will be back again and highly recommend to locals in Puyallup to try this restaurant.

Clean, beautiful restaurant space that is comfortable for a lunch with friends or date night out. Great service and excellent selection of rolls.

I was craving poke and didn’t know this place existed. I did a pick up order and it was FRESH & DELICIOUS! I will definitely be going back to try their rolls. Buuuuut I have already decided this is my new go-to sushi spot in Puyallup!

Just left after a delicious mother's day meal at Sushi Ari, and they didn't disappoint. We are fairly new to sushi ari and this was our 3rd time in less than a year, but the food and service were unforgettable. Food came out quickly and hot and fresh. Without speaking too much about the overall service, I think what has really made our experience special not just today but in the past times we've been out to eat here, was Kody (unsure of spelling). Today she was our waitress/working the front end all by herself, and despite being incredibly busy, handling the constant dinner crowd and people waiting to pick up to go orders, managing the cash register, taking phone call orders, while STILL waiting on and BUSSING ALL the tables, she did it all with a genuine smile, all without breakfast or lunch! I hope the rest of Sushi Ari gives her the recognition she deserves because she is a true gem! Her 3 years of experience at Sushi Ari really shines through with her expertise in handling the non-stop rush that we were a part of today. Even though it was busy, the food was very delicious and well prepared. We especially highly recommend the Poke Bowl, Salmon Lover's Roll and Fried Brussel Sprouts, and don't forget to try their lemonade! Sorry didn't take a picture to do it justice.

Great dinner, and the food was delicious, and of course, the water view was beautiful.

Super fresh fish, delicious sushi and nigiri options, and a rather large menu -- that's what makes Sushi Ari stand out among the rest. The staff was really friendly, entrees came out quick, and everything was phenomenal. We will definitely be back soon!

Stopped here for lunch and had a quick and delicious meal. The miso was flavorful, and the sushi amazing. The price was also great, less than 20! Come here for a great meal by yourself or with others. Definitely will be back!

I absolutely LOVE Sushi Ari!! The staff are super friendly, helpful and courteous! The owner is super skilled, friendly and unpretentious. I’ve been to a handful of other sushi places around -no complaints- but this is easily the best. You are paying for great, incredibly fresh sushi and friendly service, hold the fussy stuff. This is my go-to place to get sushi -and take my friends and family when they’re in town! And, They’re open for Lunch Now!!
